“You Really Want To Know?”

People love to ask what I eat and how I work out.

It’s 11:09 am and I’m exhusted.

This was my morning:

5:30 am- alarm goes off

6:00- spring out of bed

6:01- 2 oz aloe juice, fish oil gel, 2 oz E3, probiotic

6:15- walk to 0.5 mile to equinox

6:30- 45 mins spinning class

7:25- greens with tuna and hummous

7:35- walk .34 mile

9:30- salad of chickpeas, beets, artichoke hearts, water chesnuts, lentil dip, tumeric, ginger
