Push It

Tonight I am excited for Equinox’s 90 min spin extravaganza with Michael Wollpert.

Before that I’m going through the hell-ish experience of his 45 min treadmill class.

This class is intense. It takes the “runner” through inclines and speeds.

Here’s a drill:

1:00 min at 70% of your max (70 % for me is 6.5mph)

:30 seconds at 90% (7.0mph)

1:00 at 100% (8.0mph)

2:00 base speed rest/recovery (5.5mph)

Then MW will repeat the drill but this time it will be 80%, 85% and 100%.

Killer. Amazing. Sweat-fest.
