Checking in

It’s been five days, and with one minor slip of some pita bread from Freshii- I am proud to announce that I achomplished my goal of detoxing the “bad” foods from my plate.

For those of you who’ve emailed me- know that not doing this alone really motivated me during weak moments. (like berry chill cravings- I just had the fruit topping instead)

Not only do I have more energy- but I’ve dropped some lbs. Point is- this works.

My next goal is 7 days- same deal. Who’s with me?
