Give It Up! (or don’t)

I appreciate everyone’s goals for good health, but I’ve already gotten frustrated with announcements of how you’re giving up drinking, meat, dairy, smoking, soda….

Proposal: everyone just do it. Don’t talk about or seek encouragement- you didn’t aim to make this improvement for anyone else but you.

Also- be realistic people… or don’t and let me know how that sobriety is treating you and how you’d like your veggie burger cooked.
