Half Part Deux

2009’s resolution was to run a half marathon. On September 13, 2009 I met that goal with a time of 2 hours and 2 mins.

Sunday, August 1 2010- I’m running again…this time with half the training.

My body was getting used to my 4-5 day a week 6-8 mile runs and I started to feel soft. I dialed running down to 1-2 days a week and added a few boot-camp style classes.

I’m happy with the results but deathly afraid to run 13.1 miles- when the most I’ve done is 6 at a time.

I’m also running with a friend, and that’s another thing I’m not used to.

On the positive side, Lululemon is outfitting me in cool gear.
